¿Lo has dejado con tu pareja? La lista de reproducción que tienes que escuchar en cada fase de la ruptura

¿Pasando por un mal momento sentimental? Este estudio podría ayudarte. La compañía FinanceBuzz (vía Loudwire) contrató, en 2022, a una persona para escuchar, durante 24 horas, canciones dedicadas al desamor y le pagó 1.100 dólares -el dinero que se gasta de media para superar un desamor- por hacerlo. El proyecto, una especie de estudio empírico, buscaba encontrar qué canciones aportaban más alivio emocional durante una ruptura.

El 1 de febrero de aquel año, FinanceBuzz anunció que estaba buscando a alguien que acabara de quedarse soltero para trabajar en sus emociones escuchando, durante 24 horas, canciones inspiradas por rupturas. Esta persona, después, tuvo que elegir cuáles eran las que más le ayudaban con cada fase de la ruptura: negación, enfado, recaída, depresión y aceptación. Las categorías, después, se han convertido en listas de reproducción para ayudar a otras personas que estén pasando por lo mismo.

El estudio estimó, también, que el mínimo económico para superar una ruptura, con elementos como una suscripción a un buen servicio de streaming, apps de citas, terapia, helado o, en general, todo lo que se necesite para superar este duro momento. Este fue el motivo por el que a esta persona se le ofreció esta cantidad de dinero a la hora de aventurarse en este curioso estudio.

Después, FinanceBuzz contrató a Cristin Sauter a quien bautizaron como “la DJ del desamor”. Sauter es psicoterapeuta y música. Con su ayuda, se categorizó cada canción a raíz del nivel de alivio emocional que proporcionan con una nota del 1 al 10, siendo 10 el máximo de alivio que puede proporcionar. Obviamente, hay que tener en cuenta que hay cosas que no se pueden medir y que, el alivio que cada uno siente es subjetivo dependiendo de sus circunstancias.

Para Sauter, Fleetwood Mac proporcionaba el nivel más alto de alivio, con un 9,5 de 10. Quien consiguió menos nota fue Char Lloyd, con un 1 sobre 10. Las canciones de “aceptación” tienen más índice de alivio mientras que las de “recaída” tenían el más bajo.
